C) SAFETY EQUIPMENT

For an operation that will not pose a threat to personnel, the machine is equipped with many safety devices that control whether different sections are functioning properly and which are switched on in case of malfunction or error.

• In case of power failure, it is possible to manually lower the basket to the desired position with the auxiliary landing lever.
• Emergency stop button is located on the panel for emergency use.
• Control panel protects itself in case of low energy.
• A safety valve that prevents free fall in the hose burst

D) ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, PANEL AND CONTROL

We use state-of-the-art techniques in the design of our electrical equipment to respond quickly to customer-requested demands, reduce maintenance costs, and improve and enhance the effectiveness of operators.

The vertical movement of the basket can be controlled from the basket with the wired remote control.

• The electric panel will carry the specifications of IP65 protection class, resistant to external environment.
• Used switches are Telemecanic brand.
• All the equipment and switches that will make up the electric panel are Siemens and Telemecanic brand.
• All movements of the machine will be controlled by the wired control system in the basket.
• Thermal and relays that protect the system against phase cuts or engine failures are available in the panel assembly.
• A control box made up of globally recognized brands.
• The machine is designed according to 3 phase electrical system. (380 V, 50 Hz)

The energy transfer line where the system will operate must be done by you.

E) PAINT

Personnel Lifts work outdoors and due to continuous exposure to hard working conditions, are painted in skilled hands with industrial paint on primer.
